Refund policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after purchase date to request a return. However, our products are for personal use, and we only accept returns and refunds for the following reasons:
  • Quality problems (e.g., manufacturing defects, material flaws)
  • Delivery issues (e.g., unsuccessful delivery, wrong item received, damaged during shipping)
The following are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:
  • Firmness, size, or shape preferences
  • Products used, worn, or altered from their original condition
  • Items without proof of purchase

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your account:

  • Click the profile icon in the store's navigation.
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Submit request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary (typically 5–10 business days).

Damages & Shipping Errors

Inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s a defect, damage, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:
  • Free items, gifts, or promotional products
  • Sale items, perishable goods, or personalized/custom orders
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items, lubricants)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:
  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.
