Q1. Do you provide free shipping?

A: We provide free shipping worldwide and deliver your parcel within 3–10 working days. As soon as your package has left warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Q2. What if I want to return my order?

A: We offer free returns within 90 days. All you have to do is to follow the guidance in our Return and Refund policy.

Please note that returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.

Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

Q3. What is the warranty period?

A: For cloths (under our Apparel category), there is no warranty granted to them. However, if your clothes rip or malfunction due to a manufacturing defect within a reasonable time frame, you might have grounds for a return or exchange.

For the play toys, we normally offer 1 year warranty unless it is specified in the product description.

Q4. How to connect Love Spouse app?

A: App Connection Guide:

1. Please keep the Bluetooth on of your phone.

2. Scan the Love Spouse App QR and download the App ( Or search " Love Spouse " in APP store ) .Click " New user " to register and remember your account .

3. Click " + " on App to scan AP69 or add product code 9381 to connect the vibrator to the App.

4. Press and hold the power button of the vibrator for 3-5 seconds to turn on.

5. Use your phone to control the vibrator.

Partner control Guide:

1. Ask your partner to download  “Love Spouse "and register.

2. Click my device, choose the last mode: Interactive mode, add and search your partner as friend, then ask him to accept it.

3. Click my device, choose Interactive mode, invite your partner to control the service.
